Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty staying present? Then please join us every Friday on your lunch break for the next 6 weeks at Rose City Park Methodist Church to disconnect from the news and reconnect with yourself and your community. We will be offering activities, beverages, and snacks from 12-1. We hope to see you there!
